Server log files

When you access this website, the hosting provider (checkdomain GmbH) automatically stores access data in server log files: IP address, date and time of access, the file requested, the amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system. This data is used exclusively for technical purposes, such as ensuring a secure and stable operation of the website and diagnosing errors. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest). The log data is retained by the hosting provider only for a limited period and then deleted. It is not combined with other data sources.

Contact form and direct enquiries

If you contact us using the contact form, the details you enter (name, e-mail address, message) are transmitted to the operator by e-mail in order to process your enquiry and respond to it. We do not use this data for newsletters, advertising or any other purpose. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as the enquiry has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention requirements apply. Please note that the recipient's e-mail inbox is operated by an external e-mail provider (Yahoo), where your message is also processed. The same applies if you contact us directly by e-mail or telephone.

Local storage of the language setting

The website language you select is stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. This information is not transmitted to the server. You can delete it at any time via your browser settings.

This website is accessed via an encrypted connection (TLS/HTTPS).

Your rights

You have the right to obtain information about the personal data concerning you that we process, as well as the rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Arts. 15–21 GDPR).
